Chat Support Monday through Friday 10am to 4pm

We are pleased to offer chat support on our website's Get Help service portal.  Service Desk technicians can be reached via online chat Monday through Friday, from 10am to 4pm. 

To use chat support:

  1. Select Get Help from our main menu.
  2. If you aren't already logged in to the Get Help service portal, you will see a Login link in the upper right.

    On mobile devices, you may first need to click Profile in the upper right, then Login.
  3. Login with your UNI account and password. 
  4. Click the purple chat icon that appears in the lower right, and follow prompts to chat with one of our technicians.
