Update: Duo authentication issue and access to the CUIMC VPN have been resolved. Please contact 5-HELP if you're still encountering difficulty logging in.
CUIMC IT is aware of an issue impacting VPN access and Duo authentication for some users. Our teams are monitoring the situation closely and working with the vendor to restore normal service as quickly as possible.
