Mercury and Wi-Fi Networks Connection Issues: Additional Information Required

As connections to WiFi with Mercury are being identified and addressed by our team, information is needed when contacting the Service Desk. A ticket will be generated for tracking; however, the following information is needed :
- Device Name / Hostname
- If you are unaware of how to obtain the Device Name, review Microsoft's how to find your device information page to obtain the requested information
- Physical Location Information
- This includes the building name and floor/room number
- Contact Telephone Number - Provide the best number to reach you for troubleshooting
For internet access while on campus, kindly use the Guest-net Wi-Fi network
