Microsoft 365 changes and Apple Mail on Mac

Microsoft has announced the retirement of Exchange Web Services (EWS), the technology Apple Mail on Mac uses to connect to Microsoft 365. This change affects how Apple Mail and related macOS applications access CUIMC email, calendars, and other account information.

CUIMC IT recommends using Microsoft Outlook for continued access to your CUIMC email during this transition. Outlook is the only email application fully supported by CUIMC IT. You can also access your email through Outlook on the web.
