Resolved - DUO MFA Reports Intermittent Phone and SMS Delivery Delays
Resolved: Shortly before 1pm, Duo announced that the issue regarding delivery of calls for Phone Callback authentication and SMS Message Delivery on our deployments is fully resolved and all services are now fully functional.
Duo, used for multi-factor authentication (MFA) for CUIMC VPN and Columbia web applications, is investigating reports of phone and SMS delivery issues and working to resolve it as soon as possible. For immediate updates please see the Duo status page at: https://status.duo.com
Update: Duo posted shortly before 11:30am that they are seeing successful delivery of calls for Phone Callback authentications and are still investigating issues with SMS delivery for some customers.
There are not widespread reports of the issue at CUIMC. If possible please try an alternative authentication method such as Duo push or passcodes.
