Resolved - Some CUIMC Websites Not Loading

UPDATE: The issue with reaching some CUIMC websites has been resolved as of early on Wednesday, November 17th.

There is currently an issue with some CUIMC websites, including CUIMC IT's, not consistently loading if the link used does not include "www", for example: https://it.cuimc.columbia.edu instead of https://www.it.cuimc.columbia.edu.

Technicians are working to resolve the problem as soon as possible, as a workaround please make sure any cuimc.columbia.edu link you use begins with https:// www... rather than just https:// ...

You can click and type directly into your browser's address bar to add "www" if needed.
