Account and Password Help

Having problems logging in to email or other programs?   There are many self service options that can immediately resolve issues:

MC domain and CUIMC email accounts - for logins to a work computer, network drive, your @cumc.columbia.edu email account, student Pharos printing accounts, and Microsoft 365 Apps, use the myPassword website:  https://mypassword.cumc.columbia.edu

  • You must have already set up a profile in myPassword with security questions, and can then change, unlock, and reset your password.
  • Please be sure to always use myPassword for your MC/CUIMC email account since links on Web Outlook or other Office 365 portals will not work. 
  • CUIMC email (and Microsoft Office 365 apps) require Duo MFA when signing in from off campus. See steps for using Duo with email and Office 365 for help if needed.

UNI accounts - use the Manage My UNI site at https://cuit.columbia.edu/cuit/manage-my-uni

CWID accounts - enter your CWID and click Continue, then use the Problem signing in? link on the NYPH oneID login page for help:  https://password.nyp.org
