Please reset your Citrix App to access apps.nyp.org

The new update to the https://apps.nyp.org site may require you to reset your Citrix app to log in. 
To do so:  Right click on the Citrix receiver app, click "advanced preferences", and click "reset Citrix"

Additional troubleshooting:

  • Please make sure you navigate to https://apps.nyp.org  directly by typing this address in the address bar. Do not use your favorites or bookmarks to access the site.
  • If Citrix downloads a file when you attempt to connect, make sure to open the file (double-click on the window that appears) to open hyperspace.
