Qualtrics Retired Classic Reports on March 31, 2021

Qualtrics, a third party online survey program used at CUIMC, has retired Classic Reports as of March 31st, 2021.  They have provided the following details for assistance to those still using Classic Reports and beginning to use Advanced Reports, which were released early in 2020.  


View Classic Reports

After March 31st, 2021, you will lose access to any reports which were created with Classic Reports, including scheduled emails and public reports. If you have not already done so, you are encouraged to rebuild reports on the Advanced Reports platform and to download a PDF copy of existing reports you wish to keep.

To view Classic Reports in a user account:

  1. Navigate to the Advanced Reports page (Reports tab > Reports section)
  2. Click on the name of the advanced report
  3. Select View Classic Reports from the dropdown. 

Additional Help and Support

The new and improved Advanced Reports experience is now available to all Qualtrics customers and offers a number of benefits including:

  • A new simplified user experience
  • Better application performance
  • Increased stability in report generation
