Resolved - CUIMC AWS VPN Problem Blocks columbia.edu Sites

Update: This issue has been resolved.


This morning, Monday March 15th, we received reports of problems with those using CUIMC’s AWS VPN client no longer being able to access “columbia.edu” websites.  This can include services such as mycolumbia.edu.  We are working on resolving the issue.

As a workaround please use the CUIMC Cisco VPN client, for details see https://it.cuimc.columbia.edu/vpn.  AWS VPN is currently only used for high bandwidth requirements at CUIMC.
