Resolved - Issue Viewing Email Content in Outlook, Restart May Be Required

Microsoft announced on March 11th that users may be unable to view email message content in Outlook; this does not affect Web Outlook or Outlook mobile.  They deployed a fix to restore service by 3:00am on March 12th, for the most recent information please see the Microsoft 365 Status Twitter page: https://twitter.com/MSFT365Status

There were some reports of the issue for CUIMC email accounts, please try restarting Outlook to resolve the issue if you are not able to view email message content. A second restart may be required per Microsoft.  For a workaround please use Web Outlook: https://outlook.office.com/owa/cumc.columbia.edu
