Resolved - Reports of Cisco Finesse Sign In Problems

The issue with signing in to Cisco Finesse has been resolved.


We have received reports the morning of December 21st that some users cannot sign in to Cisco Finesse or are getting a device not accessible error. Finesse is used by call centers and others at CUIMC for automatic call distribution (ACD). We have reported the multiple issues to the managing group for resolution.
