Secure Email Issue From July 8th Resolved, Messages May Need to be Re-Sent

An issue with Secure Email, which protects sensitive information by putting #encrypt at the beginning of an email's subject line, has been resolved.  The issue did not queue or automatically send these messages once the service was restored, and users may have problems opening messages that were sent up to two weeks before the issue was resolved.  Due to this, any emails that were sent using #encrypt on or before last Friday may need to be re-sent.
