I consider Joseph Khaykin exceptional

I wanted to take a moment to acknowledge the professionalism and impressive costumer care skills of your team member Joseph.  Although, no service is current, he has answered my calls at least three times in the past.

Two of the issues at hand required follow up, knowledge and experience for solving the programing problem.  He was punctual and did not give up until full resolution of the pending situation. 

It has caused such impression that I still remember his name among all the servers who answered the different calls.

I consider Joseph exceptional. I hope my note serves as a manifest of the great team member you have and that he is consider for  opportunities for advancement in the future.
