The People @ Columbia (PAC) system, accessed through MyColumbia, will be unavailable from 5 p.m. Friday, April 1st, through 8 a.m. Monday, April 4th.

PAC downtime will have no impact on receiving paychecks. You can view your paycheck now through 5pm on Friday April 1 and then will be available again to view on Monday April 4.

During the downtime, access to MyColumbia Self-Service will be unavailable, including:

  • View Your Paycheck
  • View Your Direct Deposit Information
  • View or Update Your Personal Information
  • View Your Tax Information

The CU Benefits Enrollment System (CUBES) will not be impacted by the System updates. During the PAC upgrade you can log in to CUBES to view your benefits, update benefits to reflect a Qualified Life Status Change or change your retirement elections.
