Service Desk Holiday Schedule

The CUIMC IT Service Desk will have modified hours and support options during the holiday season.
From Sunday, December 19th to Monday, January 3rd:
- The Student TechBar walk-in desk will be staffed via video phone only
- Chat and Student Remote Support will not be available (phone and other support will be available as usual)
The Service Desk will be closed on these dates:
- Friday, December 24th to Sunday, December 26th
- Friday, December 31st to Sunday, January 2nd
For the following dates, the Service Desk will be open for limited hours:
- Monday, December 27th from 9am to 5pm
- Monday, January 3rd from 9am to 5pm
