Beginning March 17th, any apps connecting to CUIMC email that do not use Modern Authentication will no longer be able to connect. Current versions of Outlook are not affected.

RSAM, used for registering and certifying systems used at Columbia and CUIMC, will be offline for a scheduled upgrade on Monday, March 21st from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM.

While we have not received many reports at CUIMC, Microsoft recently alerted that Exchange mailboxes are experiencing a service degradation. They are working to fix any issues as quickly as possible.

Microsoft will set New Outlook as the default for Macintosh beginning in mid February. Some Classic Outlook features may not work immediately, you can revert to Classic if you prefer.

We have received reports that users cannot sign in to Cisco Finesse, used by some groups at CUIMC for automatic call distribution (ACD).
